Athletic Director

Job Summary: The Athletic Director oversees all aspects of the athletic program at the school. The areas of focus include but are not limited to managing coaches and support staff, budgeting, and creating and maintaining compliance with regulations while promoting a culture of sportsmanship and academic excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the athletic program.
• Hiring and supervising coaches and support staff.
• Manage the athletic department budget.
• Promote a gamesmanship and academic excellence culture among student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
• Work with other departments to ensure that students are meeting academic requirements.
• Communicate information about sporting events such as tryouts, games, and any additional pertinent information.
