KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supporting expatriate employees throughout their assignment lifecycle
  • HR administration, immigration support
  • Relocation assistance
  • Daily logistical needs, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with local laws.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
  • Desirable to have a certificate of completion of the relevant courses or professional certification
  • Work experience in a managerial position, experience in strategic planning and project management at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of labor and migration legislation, IMS (Integrated Management System), occupational safety and health, and fire safety regulations

  • Ability to manage projects: planning, reporting, and execution control

  • Proficiency in time and project management tools

  • Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
