Americana is an international company that operates global brands of quick service restaurants such as KFC, Hardee’s, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee and Krispy Kreme in Kazakhstan.
We invite candidates for 6 months paid internship in HR Admin to get experience in building big brands with Kazakhstani consumer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of HR documents, both physical and digital.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR process improvements.
Job requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience is not required.
- Business acumen, project management skills, customer focus, flexibility, innovation.
- Good oral and written presentation skills.
- Research and analytical skills.
