We invite candidates for 6 months paid internship in HR Admin to get experience in building big brands with Kazakhstani consumer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
• Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Assist in the organization and archiving of HR documents, both physical and digital.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR process improvements.

Job requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience is not required.
• Business acumen, project management skills, customer focus, flexibility, innovation.
• Good oral and written presentation skills.
• Research and analytical skills.
