JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Driver/Messenger

LOCATION: Regional Hub of Almaty, Kazakhstan

DURATION: One Year (renewable, subject to performance)

NATIONALITY: Kazakhstan

ANNUAL LEAVE DAYS: 24 days

DEADLINE: 2 September 2025

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• At least 5 years of work experience as a driver for a company/international organization.
• Driving experience – at least 10 years.
• Driver license category B,C.
• Good knowledge of Almaty city;
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and rules of etiquette.
• Punctuality, accuracy, cleanliness, responsibility, politeness.
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (basic)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driver will provide driving and administrative services to the RH Almaty Office which will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Driving office cars for official/business purposes,
• Maintain the vehicle clean properly and routinely,
• Responsible for car maintenance occasionally and as per maintenance schedule,
• Perform best practices as a driver for an international organization. This includes but is not limited to strict adhering to traffic regulations, applying etiquette, clean appearance, wearing professional outfit, confidentiality of clients, safety of passengers and third parties, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that the documents (driver's license, car insurance, certificate on technical inspection) are valid in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities of a Messenger and Security guard or any other office related work that may be assigned to him by his supervisor.
