Junior Legal Specialist

Responsibilities:

Legal and compliance:

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, power of attorneys, legal opinions, regulations, policies, orders, letters etc.
• Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant legal ethics rules and regulations.
• Assisting in providing legal guidance and legal support for all business activity of the company.
• Assisting in interaction with government authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring changes in legislation and adapting business processes to new requirements.
• Provide training to employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Keep the employees informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Identify and assess legal and compliance risks.
• Support of CSR initiatives.

Internal audit:

• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled internal audits of structural divisions.
• Review of the Company's business processes and operations
• Assessing the effectiveness and reliability of the internal control, reporting, risk management and corporate governance systems.
• Proper execution and documentation of conclusions based on the results of inspections.
• Development of recommendations and proposals to eliminate identified violations.

Other:

• General assistance provision to Compliance Officer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Law
• 2-3 years experience as Lawyer, Compliance Officer, Internal Auditor.
• Experience in FMCG and/or consulting companies is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
