Investbanq is an AI-powered wealth operating system for family offices, asset managers and banks. We are empowering traditional financial institutions to rapidly transform into AI-driven WealthTech players, enabling them to effectively capitalize on the growing wealth transfer to affluent millennials and other digital natives across emerging Asia and MENA. We are scaling quickly across Asia and MENA and are assembling a high‑calibre operations team to power our next phase of growth.

Why this role matters

You'll be the operational backbone of our Almaty office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while supporting the Operations Department in executing day-to-day processes. This role combines hands‑on office management with meaningful operational support, providing a direct pathway into broader operations responsibilities as we scale. You'll work directly with leadership to maintain our high‑performance environment and contribute to the efficiency that drives our rapid growth across emerging markets.

We are open to considering both recent graduates and candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities management
  • coordinate travel, meetings, and events while ensuring smooth logistics
  • manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace optimization
  • assist the Operations team in tracking daily operational activities and identifying bottlenecks
  • maintain documentation, prepare operational reports, and support process standardization
  • help monitor compliance requirements and support audit activities
  • identify opportunities to optimize office and operational processes
  • maintain relationships with service providers and external counterparties
  • contribute to operational risk assessments and process documentation

Requirements

Must-have

  • 1-3 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations roles
  • strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • good knowledge of productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • excellent written & verbal Russian and Kazakh
  • intermediate English level
  • detail‑oriented mindset with commitment to high‑quality execution
  • proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to work independently

Nice-to-have

  • experience in financial services, fintech, or high‑growth startup environments
  • familiarity with operational workflows, vendor management, or compliance processes
  • experience with process documentation and workflow optimization
  • exposure to cross‑border coordination or multi‑entity operations
