Responsibilities:
  • National Promo/Program Organization to Enhance Brand Presence in Various Sales Channels: Organizing national promotional programs to improve brand representation in various sales channels. Be elaborate catman basic principles per key categories.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Constant analysis of market trends and competitive environment to adapt POSM strategy and execution to current market conditions.
  • Supplier Interaction: Selecting and managing external suppliers and partners, including printers, manufacturers, and logistics companies.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget allocated for the development and production of POSM materials, instore branding, ensuring expenditure optimization.
  • Cross functional interaction: Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and production departments to ensure timely and effective project completion.
  • Develop and execute product launch and market positioning strategies, considering target audience nuances and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market research, trends, and consumer behavior to determine optimal product introduction approaches.
  • Manage the development/delivery of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, product presentations, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective demand generation and product promotion strategies.
  • Identify key performance indicators and analyze deployment results to continually optimize approaches.
  • Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, CATMAN management, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of market trends, shopper behaviour, and competitive landscape (Central Asia markets mainly)
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Team player and result-oriented attitude
