Responsibilities:
- National Promo/Program Organization to Enhance Brand Presence in Various Sales Channels: Organizing national promotional programs to improve brand representation in various sales channels. Be elaborate catman basic principles per key categories.
- Market Trend Monitoring: Constant analysis of market trends and competitive environment to adapt POSM strategy and execution to current market conditions.
- Supplier Interaction: Selecting and managing external suppliers and partners, including printers, manufacturers, and logistics companies.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget allocated for the development and production of POSM materials, instore branding, ensuring expenditure optimization.
- Cross functional interaction: Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and production departments to ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Develop and execute product launch and market positioning strategies, considering target audience nuances and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market research, trends, and consumer behavior to determine optimal product introduction approaches.
- Manage the development/delivery of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, product presentations, and press releases.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective demand generation and product promotion strategies.
- Identify key performance indicators and analyze deployment results to continually optimize approaches.
- Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
- Proven experience in shopper marketing, CATMAN management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends, shopper behaviour, and competitive landscape (Central Asia markets mainly)
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
