IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Providing software support and maintenance both on-site and remotely;
• Maintenance of the company’s website, cloud server M365 and storage services and LinkedIn posts;
• Office equipment maintenance, network and VPN support;
• To work with MS products;
• Internal trainings for Admin staff (Sharepoint, OneDrive, 1C, Outlook, Cyber Security);
• To prepare technical tasks and to control subcontractor(s) assigned to "processes automatization and business processes digitization.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of IT is desirable, experience no less 3 years.
• Principles of repair of personal computers and office equipment.
• Basics of information security, methods of information protection from unauthorised access, damage or deliberate distortion.
• Ability to work with web servers.
• Programming skills.
• Integrated Design Environments (IDEs) to create, maintain, update and integrate software projects.
• Computer and Network Architecture.
• Basics of operating systems and kernels, Linux Ubuntu, Windows 7/10/Server and Mac OS.
