Place and process software orders via internal systems like CSP, Cockpit, Partner Center, and others.

Manage documentation for orders, licenses, agreements, and rebates, ensuring accurate uploads to GSDC and accounting.

Communicate with Microsoft and other vendors to confirm client statuses, licenses, agreements, and handle support matters.

Support sales with up-to-date info on pricing, licenses, agreements, Azure usage, and expiring subscriptions.

Collaborate with distributors: coordinate agreements, verify data, process documents, and ensure smooth order placements.

Work directly with vendors when needed: manage authorizations, sign contracts, register deals, and oversee payments.

Keep all stakeholders informed and documentation up to date – accuracy is key!

Experience in procurement operations, preferably in IT or software.

Strong understanding of vendor and distributor processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, CSP, EA/EAS, and Partner Center is a plus.

Good organizational and multitasking skills – you’ll handle many processes at once.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
