Responsibilities:
  • Tendering Management:
    • Provide support throughout the full tendering cycle — from opportunity identification to final submission — including both the commercial and technical components of the proposal.
    • Collect all necessary information from the client required for tender preparation, including technical specifications, commercial terms, project timelines, and any specific documentation.
    • Coordinate internal communication with relevant departments to assess the company’s capacity and readiness to participate in the tender.
    • Collect market rates obtained from suppliers and vendors to evaluate cost competitiveness and pricing accuracy.
    • Assist in conducting a comparative price analysis by reviewing previously submitted rates and drawing on experience from participation in similar projects.
    • Commercial proposal: assist in the preparation of commercial proposals by organizing and analyzing collected information such as supplier quotes, client requirements, and basic market data.
    • Technical proposal: assist in the preparation of the Method of Statement (MOS) by gathering technical information and drafting basic content that outlines project execution steps, safety measures, and required resources.
    • Maintain and regularly update the pipeline of ongoing tenders, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and the status of each bid. Ensure data accuracy and provide timely updates to the team on the progress of each project.
  • Operational Management:
    • Coordinate the payment process by collaborating with the accounting and finance departments. Ensure timely and accurate payments, track their status, and keep relevant parties informed about the progress of financial obligations.
    • Ensure timely receipt of information and notifications regarding insurance claims, promptly informing relevant parties about any incidents and their status.
    • Assist the insurance department in the timely collection of all necessary documents for submitting a claim to the insurance company, ensuring that all required paperwork is accurate and complete.
Requirements:

  • Work expirience from 1 year
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
