Power Platform Developer

Design, develop, deploy and support solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in supported applications and systems.

Monitor and analyze system performance and reliability.

Participate in data engineering, analytics, and information management initiatives.

Work with users to gather and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and execution plans.

Ensure compliance, integrity, and reliability of supported systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated solutions.

Create system and user documentation for developed applications.

Apply agile development and DevOps practices.

Engage in data visualization, modeling, and analytics activities.

Support integration with cloud platforms and external technologies.

Higher technical education in IT or related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in software/application development or support.

Experience in application installation, support, and troubleshooting.

Strong skills in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

Familiarity with MicroStrategy, SpotFire, SSRS is a plus.

Experience in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, Analytics, and Big Data concepts.

Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Experience working with Cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure).

Language skills: Kazakh, Russian – preferred; English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Work schedule: 5/2 (Monday to Friday), based in Atyrau.
