• Support teams in identifying impactful AI applications, scoping use cases, and leveraging tools that meet business goals;
• Build a culture of curiosity and AI empowerment through active promotion, tool demos, and resource sharing;

• Knowledgeable in popular AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image recognition APIs, and other accessible AI services) and their practical applications;
• Strong connections in the AI community; up-to-date on emerging tools, tips, and usage techniques;
• Ability to recognize potential AI use cases within banking processes and recommend suitable tools for implementation.
