Sales trainer

• Monitor and analyze indicators to improve team performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and results.
• Experience in conflict resolution and objection handling.
• Organize systematic training for the international sales department

• Listen to managers' calls and provide feedback;

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Successful experience in onboarding and training sales department managers;

• Fluent in English and Russian B2 level.

• Work is in the office
