Mars Finance Leadership Experience Program Trainee (Graduate Program)

Mars Finance Leadership Experience Program (MFLE) is our global program for finance direction graduates, designed to help fresh graduates to achieve their career ambitions and get leadership roles in international company in finance department. MFLE is a perfect grounding for a career in business leadership. You’ll manage projects, lead teams, take on roles with local and international exposure and make decisions with real consequences. The work will come thick and fast, preparing you for the challenges tomorrow.

What to expect?

We like to empower our people. So, from the moment you join us you’ll be managing your own project in three different roles across 2 years of the program within different finance teams. Every role will be challenging, designed to increase your knowledge and expertise whilst developing your leadership skills across our business. Each placement is tailored to your personal development, you will gain an impressive level of experience to accelerate your leadership career.

What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their functional capability in finance structure. Eager to learn, flexible and has passion to explore new challenges even in directions outside their line of study;
• Fresh graduates with a minimum bachelor's degree (Major in Finance / Accouting / Controlling / Tax / Audit);
• Students who are interested in making their careers in Finance department in international company, with cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge;
• Career ambitions and high learning agility.
