We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will lead the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy across international markets, with a focus on sustainable business growth, client acquisition, and brand positioning. Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio and strengthening the company’s presence in key markets.
Areas of responsibility:
- Executes the company’s sales strategy in alignment with regional growth objectives across Central Asia.
- Builds and develops a portfolio of strategic clients, focusing on long-term contractual relationships.
- Independently sources new business through cold calls, networking, client meetings, and industry events.
- Assesses customer needs and proposes tailored logistics solutions based on multimodal transport capabilities.
- Designs pricing proposals and leads contract negotiations to secure profitable, long-term agreements.
- Maintains a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Coordinates with internal departments (operations, finance, legal) to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Monitors market trends and competitor activities and prepares regular commercial performance reports.
What do we expect
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of freight intercontinental logistics Europe / Central Asia and logistics services (rail, road, sea, or multimodal).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Client-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Russian and English.

Conditions
- Comfortable office at 15 Republic Square, Almaty.
- Work schedule 5/2: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, optional.
