Building & Infrastructure Technical Manager

- Serve as a local technical expert, with a strong background in Civil Engineering - Confidently communicate in both English and Russian to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists
- Provide technical inputs for commercial proposals and prepare project budgets
- Conduct technical audits and support and lead OPEX missions
- Act as a focal point for Green Building Certification-related (GBC) opportunities
- Serve as an in-house BREEAM or LEED Assessor resource

• Technical Supervision Certificate for objects of the 1st level of responsibility, for all 3 categories,
• Civil Structural Architectural Engineer or any related. Bachelor or Master Degree.
• Min 15 years
• Should have international Experience in Major Oil and Gas, Construction Projects. Should know international Technical Documentation RFI /BOQ / NCR and e.t.c
• Proficient command of English, Russian, and Kazakh languages, as our business involves interactions with clients in diverse linguistic environments
