Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for setting and achieving sales targets for terminal products in the assigned region;

  2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with local channel and retail customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction;

  3. Channel Management & Expansion: Develop and execute market expansion strategies, explore new clients, and increase channel coverage;

  4. Retail Store Management: Collaborate with retail support teams to improve store image, sales performance, and customer service quality;

  5. Sales Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market and competitor data to refine sales strategies;

  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution and great customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field;

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in terminal sales or channel management; experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, or telecom operator sales is a plus;

  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local language (e.g., Russian/Kazakh/etc.) is an advantage;

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, self-driven with strong execution capabilities, and able to work under pressure;

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Good understanding of the local market and distribution channels;

    • Experience in retail operations or store management is a plus.
