Sales Planning Specialist (Temporary position for 2 years)

Candidates Requirements/Skills

  • Higher education.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate, Advanced level).
  • Strong MS Excel skills; Regression Analysis, MS Power BI – optional.
  • Attention to Details — Job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking — analyzing information and data using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Initiative — a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  • Effective team-work and cooperation with other departments.
  • Effective time management.
  • Readiness to work by strict deadlines (!)

Candidates Duties

  • Automotive market analysis.
  • Analyze economic factors (oil price, ex. Rate, GDP and so on).
  • Monthly and Annual Retail Sales Planning and controls its implementation.
  • Monthly and Annual Production Ordering.
  • Preparation of monthly production allocation by dealers, models and specifications.
  • Stock control
  • Working in Dealer sales management system for production registration in system.
  • Communication with European headquarters regarding planning/ordering operations in English.
  • Other job-related tasks and reports.
