UX-Focused Listing Designer & Photographer Coordinator

Estaga is a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) management company focused on delivering high-quality guest experiences and maximizing property potential. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Property Listing Designer & Photoshoot Coordinator to lead the visual direction of our property listings.

This role combines visual storytelling, UX-focused design thinking, and hands-on creative execution. From planning and coordinating professional photoshoots to retouching images and designing the flow of digital listings, you’ll ensure each property is presented to its full potential. Experience with UX/UI and web design is essential, and the ability to retouch and edit photos in-house is required. Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows is a strong bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoot Planning & Coordination:

• Develop detailed visual briefs for each property photoshoot.

• Schedule and coordinate photographers, ensuring brand-aligned, high-quality results.

• Review raw assets and manage any follow-up edits or re-shoot needs.
  

Photo Editing & Visual Production

• Retouch and enhance photos independently using tools like Lightroom or Photoshop.

• Maintain a visually cohesive standard across our growing property portfolio.
  

Listing Layout & Design Strategy

• Select and order photos strategically to highlight property features, layout, and emotional appeal.

• Design compelling main listing images and optional overlays or callouts to emphasize key amenities.

• Ensure all assets are mobile and web-optimized, applying UX best practices to drive conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design or web design with a strong visual focus.

• Proficiency in photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proven ability to retouch and edit photos to a high standard independently.

• Creative eye for composition, space, lighting, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience with or willingness to use AI tools for design and editing workflows.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); able to communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
