Payment Operations Officer (incl Currency control) with bank experience

Almaty or Astana

Responsibilities

- Support Operation department operations on a daily basis.

- Perform daily reconciliation and monitor outstanding issues.

- Checking supportive documents for payments.

- Prepare internal and external reports.

- Ensure operational processes are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements.

- Support systems implementation and participate in user acceptance tests.

- Support any initiatives, new products and new services.

Qualifications

- Degree / Diploma holder

- At least 3 years' experience in payment or currency control operations within banking industry

- Good knowledge of inward/outward TT and SWIFT

- Knowledge of currency regulation

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders

- Good command of spoken and written English (both written and verbal); Chinese (will be considered as advantage)
