Finance manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team and lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a critical role that works closely with senior management to drive strategic financial decisions and ensure the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Develop financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and recommending actions.
Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Work closely with other departments and provide financial guidance to support company objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
