HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager who is passionate about people management and talent development. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the full talent management lifecycle and strong skills in employee relations, HR policy implementation, and compliance

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of talent management process (from the first day of employment to offboarding stages)
• Close collaboration with management and people to improve work relationships
• Answer general HR questions and resolve issues on time
• Take part in the onboarding process of new hires
• Prepare HR documents, including onboarding guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and other
• Monitor employee attendance, tracking overtime hours, vacation time, and sick leaves
• Administer salary, bonus & benefit plans Implement the Group HR policies in the local setup (in cooperation with the legal sector)
• Take an active part in the human resources planning HR activities
• Support the management in all activities regarding HR
• Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks

• 3+ years of previous experience in similar roles
• Experience of preparing required statutory reporting for Authorities
• Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, conducting one-to-one meetings, adaptation, professional development etc.
• Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of legislation relevant to employment
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to details
• Personality with fast thinking and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and further improve
• Knowledge of Labor Code of Kazakhstan
• 1C ZUP, enbek.kz.
• Good spoken English
