A. General IT Support & Management:
* Tier 2/3 Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by junior IT staff.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, troubleshooting guides, and service records.
* IT Asset Management: Assist with the management of IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and consumables.
* Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors for support, procurement, and service management.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and support to junior IT specialists.
B. Network Management:
* Network Infrastructure: install, maintain network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points troubleshoot network connectivity issues (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
C. Active Directory (AD) Management:
* AD Administration: New Users Creation, Connect new PCs to Domain
D. User Workplace Support:
* Desktop & Laptop Support: Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop and laptop computers (Windows, macOS, potentially Linux).
* Software Support: Provide support for a wide range of software applications, including productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office 365), business-specific applications, and other tools.
* Peripheral Support: Troubleshoot and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and other connected devices.
Требования:5+ years of experience in Information Technologies systems administration and support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Expertise in Active Directory administration, GPO management, and identity management
Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Windows client OS (Windows 10/11)
Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, firewalls, and data protection.
Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, and switching. Experience with network monitoring tool
Help Desk Software: Experience with ticketing systems
ITIL Foundation: Understanding of IT service management best practices.
