Junior trader/ trading support

Trader Responsibilities:

1) trading.
2) researching prices and markets, evaluating trading algorithms;
3) making plans for purchases and sales;
4) working with quantitative researchers to improve trading strategies;
5) following news coverage for information about price changes;
6) gathering information from researchers, sales traders (traders who deal directly with clients) and other colleagues;
7) executing trades;
8) keeping notes and records;
9) recording and reporting each day’s profit and loss;
10) regularly monitoring portfolios to ensure that they are guideline compliant;
11) if requested by the Supervisor liaising directly with clients to understand their requirements and keep them updated on progress;
12) constantly working on improving own qualifications;

Trader Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience working under AIFC regulation/
• Proven trading experience.
• The ability to work well under stress.
• A solid understanding of financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical skills.
• The ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Terms and conditions

• Working schedule – 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm
• Employment within the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
