Responsibilities:
  • Organization, monitoring and analysis in accordance with the established procedure within its competence:
    - fulfillment of key indicators within the approved budget;
    - implementation of measures for targeted spending of funds within the approved budget;
    - procedures for compliance with budget limits and measures to ensure austerity;
    3) Preparation of reports on the fulfillment of the Company's budget indicators (monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual) within the limits of his/her competence in accordance with the established procedure;
    4) Participation within its competence:
    - in reviewing the plan for procurement of goods, works and services within the approved budget;
    - development of proposals aimed at ensuring solvency, reducing costs and strengthening financial discipline

  • Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
