Cost Control Engineer (Budget Control Department)

Responsibities:

• Analysis of reports and elaboration of proposals for measures to achieve the goals for implementation and financing on assigned contracts
• Control (verification) of collection of operational fact on implementation and financing on assigned contracts;
• spftware skills: MS Office software products, EDMS, technical document management programs

• knowledge of the principles of formation of schedules of development and financing of costs of Investment projects
• principles and specifics of applying contract strategies (EP+C/EPC, fixed amount/ on a reimbursable basis) in determining (CAPEX)
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
