SAP Consultant

Key responsibilities

HR Travel Management:

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP modules with a focus on Travel Management (FI-TV)
• Investigate and resolve complex user issues escalated from Level 1 support
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with functional and technical teams to implement fixes
• Conduct testing of bug fixes and change requests related to travel and expense processes
• Update and maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues and solutions
• Deliver training and guidance to SAP Key Users on Travel Management functionalities and best practices

GEP:

• Resolve and take end-to-end ownership of all escalated GEP incidents
• Functional escalation / de-escalation to relevant 1st or 3rd level support team
• Incidents and request coordination with GEP Vendor
• Active member of the Change Approval Board representing GEP Operations
• Act as interface between the vendor and business for technical queries and new demands

Key requirements

• Degree in Technical and / or Computer Science
• GEP Certification
• Relevant SAP Certification
• KZ/RU/EN Language skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
