Senior Applications Management Coordinator

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Forming and fostering an Applications Management Team that consists of -
  • ERP SAP support
  • ERP Project team – SAP S4 HANA
  • 1C support
  • Business Critical Applications management
  • Lead digital transformation (strong technical leader)
  • Coordination of IT & TD activities & projects
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
    • Software License Management (SLM)
    • Vendor and Stakeholder Management
  • Training and Support
  • Apps Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Minimum requirements:

• 15 years of experience in Applications support of industrial critical systems and enterprise systems
• Hands on experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA)
  • Business Architecture
  • Information Architecture
  • Application Architecture
  • Technology Architecture
• International Corporate Business experience min 5 years
• English, Kazakh, Russian - Fluent

• Proficiency in tools like ADO, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and enterprise application platforms.
