Обязанности:
- Sales activities in selected industrial markets market (i.g., packaging,
appliance, solar, building industry, smart card, elevator). - Ensure operative achievement of the business targets.
- Drive continuous generation of new business based on tesa
innovations (products, applications and/or distribution channels). - Drive the development and implementation of supportive structures.
- Drives the planning process for own segment(s).
- Support international cooperation and communication.
- Define and implement sales strategy for your accounts, plans
and forecasts to meet sales targets (Sales & Margin). - Ensure reporting processes of the section based on local, regional, global
tesa requirements.
- A proven industrial sales experience of minimum 2-3 years within Industry.
- Dynamic, credible, mature, self-motivated and with the ability to "make a
difference". - Engineering university degree (i.g., Mechanical-Industrial-Chemical-Mechatronic-
Electrical-Material). - Fluent in English (Speaking-Listening-Writing-Reading).
- Good PC skills.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Free for travel locally & internationally.
