Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and guarantee online product content quality;
- Develop MKT plans based on marketplace features and market demand;
- Coordinate with product, MKT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of operations;
- Monitor customer feedback and follow up on after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction;
- Sales data analysis and reporting, PSI management;
- Channel and competitor insight, market trend monitoring;
- Help to handle channel settlement issues;
- Communication with distributors and marketplaces.
- Bachelor degree;
- Work experience with marketplaces;
- MS office skills;
- English knowledge, Chinese would be a plus;
- Good communication level;
- Good analysis level.
- 5/2, 9am-6pm office work;
