Customs Coordinator

Manage full cycle of customs clearance for import/export shipments

Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers

Check and prepare all necessary customs documentation and declarations

Classify goods according to HS codes

Monitor deadlines and accuracy of shipments

Coordinate with internal departments: procurement, logistics, finance

Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company procedures

University degree (Logistics, International Business, or related field)

Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade or with a customs broker

Strong understanding of customs processes and cargo classification

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills (English is an advantage)
