Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage channel partner relationships in Kazakhstan.
- Identify new channel partners and build long-term partnerships.
Support and guide channel partners to drive sales, marketing, and operational performance. - Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective product delivery and promotional activities.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing necessary support to achieve sales targets.
- Manage partner conflicts, escalations, and ensure consistent communication.
- Track and report on channel partner sales, marketing activities, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven interest or experience in B2B, or B2G sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics.
- Goal-oriented and proactive, with a passion for building strong partnerships.
