We are seeking a dynamic achiever Biologicals Market Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing our business strategies and achieving our short and medium-term growth plans. You will provide feedback for marketing initiatives and be responsible for demand creation in a region, support sales representatives, and distribution channel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for creating and executing demand generation actions as well as developing new ideas and tools.
- Highlight, explain and show benefits of using Biologicals products for plant health, nutrition and yield quantity and quality
- Provide technical support to Sales Representatives, partners and customers
- Act as a commercial business partner, supporting strategic initiatives and actions.
- Design and implement Beneficial Trials at level together with customer (Distributors and Dealers) support.
- Being jointly responsible for building an internal and external knowledge plan with the knowledge area to sell value and differentiation.

Main responsibilities:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the market and the main competitors
- Extensive knowledge in agronomy in Kazakhstan (not less than 3 years)
- Ability to simply explain complex things
Demand Generation:
- Being responsible for directing and planning all demand generation actions. As well as developing new ideas and tools;
- Drawing up the action plan with distributor to achive the Product On Ground plan.
- Define with the Sales Representative, Marketing and Country commercial leader the plan for demonstration fields of the regional focus crops;
- Develop, following the agronomy guidelines, the official protocols for the focus crops;
- Monitor (get the information) the distributors' product stock with quality and on time and manage it together with the sales representative.
- Provide materials (local presentation) with the field results for delivery to the RTVs within the timing of the crops and commercial campaigns, in conjunction with the Agronomy and Communications area;
- Training and guiding the commercial area (internal and external) to carry out quality demand generation actions for clients.
- Organizing and Supporting the Communications and Events (Field Day) team with content and technical review of pieces and client interface.
Crops:
- Define with the Commercial team, the focus crops of each region
Supporting the Sell-out
- Conduct demonstration field trials and internal trials to collect data for marketing materials, stories to believe and demonstration to colleagues, partners and farmers
- Support the distributors with regular coaching, training and follow up on farm promotional exercise with key Distributors.
- Ensure knowledge transfer on biologicals portfolio to Customer teams. Assist in the implementation of customer needs regarding biological questions.
Products:
- Knowledge of the positioning of our products, concepts and arguments to overcome objections in the field;
- To be clear about the potential of the products and the challenges of making progress in sales
- Be responsible for creating the regional plan for product launches, interacting with product coordination;
- Being responsible for preparing technical materials on products, interacting with the communications team;
- Being responsible for advising on complaints regarding the application of products.
Location: no preference, we consider candidates from whole Kazakhstan
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales responsibilities with the crops grown in the region in which they work.
- Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, biological and application technologies.
- Fluent in Kazakh, Russian. English level not less than Upper-Intermediate.
- Effective use of computers and MS Office.
