Senior Lawyer

​​​​Требования:

• Industry Background:
  Legal experience in oil & gas, engineering, construction, or industrial services sectors is highly preferred.
• Additional Requirements:
  Prior experience supporting company transitions, M&A, or internal restructuring is highly desirable.
• English language skills (written and verbal) are preferred due to U.S. ownership and potential international communication.
  
  This is a 2-3 month contract to start with, but may lead to a permanent position based on performance.
