Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new buyers, distributors, and trading partners for greenhouse-grown crops, agri-products, and FMCG.

  • Negotiate and close B2B sales and distribution agreements for domestic and export markets (CIS, Middle East, EU).

  • Monitor logistics and trade operations across road, rail, and air freight to optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Conduct market research to expand product offerings in fresh produce and FMCG.

  • Work with internal teams to manage pricing, margins, and cash flow in trading operations.

  • Support expansion into new markets, certifications, and retail channels (wholesale, HORECA, supermarket chains).

  • Prepare sales materials, client presentations, and basic P&L modeling.

  • Build relationships with customs agents, certification bodies, and logistical partners.

  • Coordinate with the CEO, Shareholders, and legal team on contracts, JV discussions, and business structuring.

Requirements​​​​​​​:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agribusiness, produce trade, FMCG sales, or commercial operations.

  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.

  • Mandatory: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Experience with import/export procedures, customs, and food quality certification.

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing B2B contracts.
