Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

  • Prepare and present sales plans and reports.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Cooperate with other departments (warehouse, accounting, legal, logistics).

  • Provide input for product or service improvements.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Strong market and customer analysis skills.

  • Experience building long-term client relationships.

  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities.

  • Solid problem-solving and customer support skills.

  • Technical knowledge to present and demonstrate products.

  • Understanding of industry trends and competition.

  • Teamwork with other departments to ensure service quality.

  • High ethical standards in sales activities.

  • English language proficiency — Intermediate or higher

  • Remotely (readiness for regular business trips to Karaganda)
