Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Prepare and present sales plans and reports.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Cooperate with other departments (warehouse, accounting, legal, logistics).

Provide input for product or service improvements.

Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Strong market and customer analysis skills.

Experience building long-term client relationships.

Ability to identify upselling opportunities.

Solid problem-solving and customer support skills.

Technical knowledge to present and demonstrate products.

Understanding of industry trends and competition.
-
Teamwork with other departments to ensure service quality.

High ethical standards in sales activities.

English language proficiency — Intermediate or higher

- Remotely (readiness for regular business trips to Karaganda)
