Financial Analyst

Обязанности:

Аnalyzes project costs, develops budgets, and provides financial insights to support project management and decision-making. This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

• Project Cost Analysis:
  Examine and interpret project costs, identify trends, and analyze variances against budgets.
  Budgeting and Forecasting:
  Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to predict future costs and revenues.
  Financial Reporting:
  Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for project teams and management.
  Change Order Management:
  Assist in tracking and evaluating the financial impact of change orders on project costs.
  Variance Analysis:
  Compare actual project costs against planned budgets, identify root causes of variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable insights.
  Client Billing and Revenue Collection:
  Assist with client billing processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  Collaboration:
  Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and project success.
  Process Improvement:
  Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Strong proficiency in building and interpreting financial models, performing variance analysis, and forecasting.
  Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in developing and managing project budgets and forecasts.
  Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders.
  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
  Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  Construction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction project lifecycles, cost accounting, and industry practices.
  Software Proficiency: Experience with financial modeling software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
