- Hotel structure, strategy and perspectives of development;
- Instructions on accounting procedures;
- Operation procedures and document circulation;
- Financial calculation procedures;
- Methods of economic analyses of financial activity;
- Regulations of acceptance, storage, expenditure of financial resources;
- Rules of payment with debtors and creditors;
- Tax policy for juridical persons and natural persons;
- Rules of drawdown of shortage and loss;
- Rules of inventory of money and material valuables;
- Rules and period of balance sheet fulfillment and report;
- Rules of accounting testing and auditing;
- Computer skills and special computer programs in accounting;
- Hotel economy policy;
- Production and labor organization;
- Basics of providing hotel services;
- Labor Law;
- Safe work habits, fire prevention rules
- Present job description.
- Ability to be clear forward thinker, analyze and resolve problems using good judgment in pressure situations.
- Ability to work with constant interruptions and maintain a calm, pleasant and professional attitude.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality of pertinent hotel data/information.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- 1 year experience in bank or similar tasks.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Sun System, Fidelio).
- английский язык- upper intermediate
