Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance and safety standards are followed and safety targets are met.Plans and manages the site activities within own area of responsibility.
- Is responsible for budget, costs and resources within own area of responsibility.
- Is responsible for customer satisfaction and client relationship management in own area of responsibility.
- Ensures optimal quality and quantity of the service employees in own area of responsibility. Is responsible for continuous learning, competencies and development orientation. Challenges employees to continuously improve key competencies.
- Liases with relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-functional operations are completed according to business needs.
- Deliver a capable and sustainable operating business.
- Continuously improve business operations.

- Must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the client and the national workforce.
- Must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company
- good understanding of the Company/project profitability reporting figures and relevant financial measures (gross margin, net sales, overheads and contribution margin).
- Good negotiating, organizational, presentation, interpersonal and complex problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy skills with compulsory experience as experience of Office documents and with preferred experience from SAP/PM or other Maintenance Management software
- Fluent English verbal and written skills
- Knowledge on the occupational hazards, safety precautions and risk management applicable to the work
- Able to comply with different business cultures, able to work under stress
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience from managing large teams. Relevant managing experience in Mining service is advantage
- Degree in engineering or management
- Experience of working for a multinational company and matrix organization; international experience is an advantage.
- Will work at surface but needs to visit Underground mine when required.
