Main Responsibilities:

- Ordering Office Supplies: Weekly planning and preparing a list of necessary office supplies; Placing orders; Confirming and processing orders with the manager; Receiving and storing orders in the warehouse, maintaining tidiness.

- Sending Documents and Parcels: Collecting documents for sending / Distributing parcels by cities; Filling invoices; Communicating with the logistics company; Handing shipments to the courier.

- Maintaining the Overall State of the Office: Restocking snacks; Greeting guests; Providing necessary supplies for colleagues and guests; Maintaining general office order.

- Collecting needs from regions (furniture, etc.): Preparing formats and forms for data collection; Communicating with regions to clarify details and summarize result.

- Preparing Welcome Packs and Mugs for New Employees: Preparing detailed orders (names of employees, etc.); Receiving and checking orders; Processing in SAP.

- Coordinating Office Repair Works.

- Controlling and coordinating the cleaning compan: Daily inspection of work results; Communicating with the manager for effective work; Joint preparation for general cleaning (cleaning desks and extra items).

- Personal business requests from managers and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: SAP, Competent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

- Language Skills: Minimum intermediate level of English; Knowledge of the Korean language is an advantage.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

- Experience: Experience in an administrative and office environment

- Education: Bachelor's degree
