QA/QC Coordinator (Valves & Wellhead Equipment)

Develop & review ITPs (API 6D, ASME, ISO) for valves & wellhead equipment
Audit and qualify valve manufacturers; review WPS, PQR & material certificates
Coordinate witness inspections (dimensional checks, hydro/pneumatic tests, seat leakage)
Verify certification packages (MTCs, NDT reports, pressure test records)
Oversee incoming valve inspections on site/warehouse; manage NCRs
Liaise with clients, engineering, procurement & suppliers; run Pre-Inspection Meetings
Ensure compliance with API 6D/598/6A, ASME B16.x, ISO 9001 & client specs

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3+ years in QA/QC within oil & gas
Solid knowledge of international valve standards & inspection
Experience with valve vendors/EPC projects
Technical English (reading specs, writing reports)
Strong attention to detail & communication skills
