Mining Engineer (Underground Projects)

Voskhod Group is expanding its operations with a new underground mining initiative – the MANKA project – and is hiring two experienced Mining Engineers with strong project management backgrounds.

Location: Astana, Khromtau, or MANKA project site (near Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in underground mining operations including proven experience in project management with full-cycle ownership (planning, execution, monitoring)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in underground mining

• Fluent English (Turkish is a plus)

• Proficient in MS Project

• Proven experience in full-cycle project management

• Ability to lead tasks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project milestones

• Strong decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Accommodation at the Company’s residential village
