1C Developer (Middle / Senior)

As our 1C Developer, you will:

• Feature Development: Develop new functionality and enhance existing features for 1C configurations across Central Asia and the Caucasus.
• System Support and Optimization: Maintain and optimize various 1C configurations (Accounting, Payroll, ERP) to ensure smooth operations.
• Code Analysis and Refactoring: Analyze and refactor code to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to identify automation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Documentation: Create technical instructions and documentation to support system maintenance and user training.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Hold a higher or specialized secondary education, preferably in Programming, IT, or Information Security.
• Have at least 3-5 years of programming experience with 1C, desirable configurations: 8.3; Document Flow; Accounting; Payroll and People Management.
• Demonstrate high level of responsibility and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Have at least intermediate English.
