Contract Specialist

Prepare and manage service orders (SO)
Perform NET/Gross calculations for service orders
Support contract negotiations and execution with clients and suppliers
Handle documentation such as letters, insurance-related clauses, and formal communications
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on contract terms

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Jurisprudence
Proven experience working with commercial contracts
Familiarity with pricing and tender processes is a strong advantage
Strong command of written and spoken English
Understanding of legal and commercial terms
Experience working with contract documentation for both clients and suppliers
