Dispatcher (Construction Projects)

We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others.

We are always looking to hire experienced, highly motivated, and passionate professionals who will share our vision and contribute to Crystalia Glass growth opportunities.

We’re hiring a Dispatcher to support our fast-paced installation team. You'll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients.

Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Location: Remote
Contract: B2B contract only
Language: English (B2+ spoken & written)
Experience: 1+ year in construction, logistics, or similar field

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp

• Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling

• Ensure crews are prepared with materials and documentation

• Book hotels for traveling installers

• Monitor vehicle mileage and document expiration (registration, insurance)

• Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking

• Review quality of completed work and report problems if needed

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in dispatching, logistics, or construction coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Confident English (B2 or above)

• Comfortable using task management tools (ClickUp or similar)
