Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and tax accounting in a large company (several companies).
  • Accounting for the organization's wages in full (salary, shift, rotation, hourly, overtime wages, bonuses, sick leaves, vacation pay, overtime, work on holidays and weekends, dismissal compensation and other charges);
  • Calculation of deductions from wages (training, orders of execution, accountability, etc.);
  • Timely calculation and payment of taxes / mandatory contributions;
  • Preparation of registers and payment orders for the transfer of wages and taxes;
  • Preparation of certificates upon request and advising employees on wages;
  • Providing pay slips to company employees;
  • Maintaining documentation for the archive.

Requirements:

  • Higher economic education;
  • Work experience as a payroll accountant for at least 5 years in large companies;
  • Experience in the calculations of employees working on watch
  • Experience in calculating taxes
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax and labor legislation;
  • Experience with different types of charges;
  • Experience in accounting systems 1C ZUP
  • Confident Excel user;
  • Experience in calculating the salary of at least 300 people;
  • English, Kazakh, and Russian languages;
  • Recommendations from previous jobs.

Conditions:

  • Work Location: one in Almaty, one in Aktau
  • Work schedule: 5/2
  • Vacation: 24 days

Salary will be discussed during the interview.
