Join our team and play a key role in enhancing the safety and efficiency of Air Liquide Kazakhstan's operations. We are looking for a proactive engineer to ensure our equipment's highest reliability and availability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

How You Will Contribute

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • You will identify, propose, and lead projects aimed at improving equipment reliability across our production sites.

  • You will champion the implementation of best practices, new tools, and innovative programs developed by the Group to enhance our maintenance and production culture.

  • Following major Turnarounds (TAR), you will participate in the capitalization process to capture key learnings and monitor the implementation of improvement measures.

Analysis & Strategic Problem-Solving

  • You will guide the analysis of technical incidents using proven methodologies like the "Event Tree" to understand root causes and develop effective, lasting action plans.

  • You will conduct insightful cost analysis related to technical incidents and recommend clear strategies for their reduction.

  • You will oversee key reliability assessment processes, such as vulnerability surveys and equipment shutdown reduction programs, and monitor their related action plans.

Collaboration & Communication

  • You will ensure transparent reporting on reliability incidents and performance indicators for global, regional, and local teams.

  • You will be a key partner in the Management of Change (MOC) process, providing your expertise to ensure all changes are safe and reliable.

  • You will work to continuously strengthen the reliability culture at our production sites, acting as a key partner and resource for our teams.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • A deep commitment to safety and quality, with an understanding of industrial safety, labor protection, and environmental standards.

  • A higher education in an engineering or technical field.

  • Intermediate English skills, enabling you to collaborate with international technical experts, participate in meetings, and work with technical documentation.

  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for problem-solving.
