Office Manager / HR / Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and registering incoming and outgoing documentation

  • Managing electronic document flow (scanning, archiving, sending)

  • Welcoming office visitors and ensuring a hospitable environment (offering water, etc.)

  • Ensuring office operations: purchasing stationery, office supplies, and consumables

  • Assisting the Director with administrative tasks and assignments

  • Organizing team-building events and corporate activities

  • Coordinating business trips (ticket and hotel bookings, visa arrangements)

  • Managing suppliers and service providers

  • Supporting HR functions: employee documentation, onboarding, visa assistance

  • Performing other related tasks to support office and staff operations

Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • Understanding of basic business operations

  • Proficient computer and office equipment skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Kazakh and Russian languages

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Conditions:

  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

  • Salary: to be discussed during the interview

  • Probation period: 3 months
