Office Manager / HR / Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:

Handling and registering incoming and outgoing documentation
-
Managing electronic document flow (scanning, archiving, sending)
-
Welcoming office visitors and ensuring a hospitable environment (offering water, etc.)
-
Ensuring office operations: purchasing stationery, office supplies, and consumables
-
Assisting the Director with administrative tasks and assignments
-
Organizing team-building events and corporate activities
-
Coordinating business trips (ticket and hotel bookings, visa arrangements)
-
Managing suppliers and service providers
-
Supporting HR functions: employee documentation, onboarding, visa assistance
-
Performing other related tasks to support office and staff operations
Requirements:
-
Higher education
-
Understanding of basic business operations
-
Proficient computer and office equipment skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Fluent in Kazakh and Russian languages
-
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Conditions:

Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
