Обязанности:
- Manage the end-to-end operational processes for export shipments via rail from Kazakhstan.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, railway operators, and other relevant partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including but not limited to shipping instructions and transportation documents.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any potential issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and operational activities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across various communication channels (e.g., email, phone, virtual meetings, messenger apps).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and railway procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with experience in rail transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Working proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with export documentation and procedures is a plus.
