Обязанности:
  • Lead the acquisition of customers who need containers, for both trading and leasing purposes, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the container fleet in the region, ensuring availability, efficient utilization, and profitability.
  • Take full ownership of the customer journey—from initial contact and negotiating container deals to ensuring smooth service delivery and support.
  • Monitor trends, pricing developments, competitor activity, and customer requirements in the intermodal container sector.
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement sales plans focused on increasing our footprint in the container market in Kazakhstan and surrounding regions.
Требования:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the container industry, with proven success in trading containers.
  • A strong professional network in the container and logistics market in Kazakhstan and neighbouring regions, with the ability to leverage connections to drive business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, international environment, and a readiness to travel when needed.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with fleet management and container trading platforms to streamline container operations and reporting.
