Обязанности:
- Lead the acquisition of customers who need containers, for both trading and leasing purposes, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the container fleet in the region, ensuring availability, efficient utilization, and profitability.
- Take full ownership of the customer journey—from initial contact and negotiating container deals to ensuring smooth service delivery and support.
- Monitor trends, pricing developments, competitor activity, and customer requirements in the intermodal container sector.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement sales plans focused on increasing our footprint in the container market in Kazakhstan and surrounding regions.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the container industry, with proven success in trading containers.
- A strong professional network in the container and logistics market in Kazakhstan and neighbouring regions, with the ability to leverage connections to drive business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, international environment, and a readiness to travel when needed.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with fleet management and container trading platforms to streamline container operations and reporting.
